Petals erect held within the dorsal sepal. Labellum less than half as long as ovary. Flowers crowded, green.
Calli at the base of labellum united. Petals less than 2 mm long. Labellum 1.6–1.8 mm long, emarginate, papillose on margin. Plant to 60 cm high. Known only from Mona Vale. Shale. Woodland. Endangered. Fl. May–Oct. Microtis angusii
