Plant not clammy or sticky. Calyx c. 10 mm long, narrowing slightly but not constricted towards the top; hairs not glandular. Lower leaves narrow-elliptic-obovate, up to 6 cm long. Petals pink. Annual up to 40 cm high. Coast and Cumberland Plain. Weed in waste places. Introd. from Europe. Fl. spring
