Gland conical. Leaves 10 cm long; leaflets 4–6 pairs per leaf, 2–4.5 cm long, up to 1 cm wide. Perfect stamens 6. Legume cylindrical, curved, c. 4 cm long. Erect, herbaceous perennial sometimes woody towards the base, up to 1 m high. Coast. Uncommon. WSF; margins of RF. Fl. summer
