Fruit with 2(3) erect spines to 5 mm long. Leaves linear, to 25 mm long, glabrous or hairy. Fruit c. 5 mm diam., hairy. Spreading shrub to 80 cm high, branches densely hairy. Introd. from western divisions of NSW. Uncommon
