Nectary a thickened ridge near the base of the petal. Flowers 8–10 mm diam. Petals 5–9, narrow-elliptic to oblanceolate, up to 2 mm wide. Achenes obscurely rugose. Weak perennial. Higher Blue Mts Aquatic or on damp ground. Fl. summer
