Pterostylis longifolia R.Br.

Labellum green with a blackish stripe down the centre, more than 2 mm wide. Flowers c. 15 mm long. Leaves 3–6 cm long (rarely longer). Plants 12–90 cm high. Widespread. Open forest and heath. Moist places. Fl. April–Oct.
