Prostanthera marifolia R.Br.

Branches with retrorse hairs. Leaves more or less uniform in shape, ovate, recurved margins often give a triangular appearance, 4–10 mm long, 4–5 mm wide, sessile or shortly petiolate. Calyx ± hirsute, tube 1.5–2 mm long; lips both broad, nearly equal in length. Corolla purple to mauve, 7–10 mm long. Straggling, scarcely aromatic shrub up to 1 m high. Coastal in Sydney area. Ss. Open forests. Fl. spring (listed as Extinct but collections of this species have recently been made)
