Tussocks small. Leaf blades mostly 5–15(30) cm long, green to greyish-green, soft, inrolled, c. 0.3 mm diam. Panicle up to 10 cm long. Spikelets green or purplish, with 3–5 florets. Coast and eastern slopes of Blue Mts Open forests. Fl. summer
