Ray florets more than 10, white. Leaves elliptic to ovate, 5–150 mm long, 5-30 mm wide, entire or toothed, flat, brownish tomentose underneath, hairy or glabrous on the upper surface. Heads pedunculate, in terminal leafy panicles. Ray florets white. Cypselas silky. Shrub up to 3 m high. Illawarra district. Open forests. Fl. spring–summer
