Glabrous, tall shrub or small tree. Leaves digitately 3-foliolate, mostly opposite, usually clustered towards the ends of the branchlets; leaflets obovate to elliptic, 4–10 cm long, entire, obtuse. Flowers numerous in dense cymo-panicles on axillary peduncles. Petals 4, ovate, glabrous, 4–5 mm long, whitish. Stamens 4. Mericarps 4, c. 6 mm long. Coast and adjacent plateaus; lower Blue Mts RF.
