Glabrous climber or scrambler, woody towards the base. Leaves opposite, ovate, c. 6 cm long and 3 cm wide, cordate, petiolate. Flowers fragrant, in terminal racemes. Calyx lobes c. 6 mm long, acute. Corolla white; the tube c. 20 mm long. Stamens enclosed in the corolla tube. Fruit consisting of 2 follicles cohering at the tips. Naturalized in a few places near Sydney. Fl. summer. Chilean Jasmine
