Anthers obtuse, with a small white callous on the ± divergent tip. Leaves with a petiole c. 0.5 mm long, with 3 veins at the base, narrow-lanceolate, 5–15 mm long, tapering to a long but not hyaline point, often appressed to the stem. Small shrub up to 50 cm high, with wiry branches. Widespread. Heath and DSF. Ss and WS. Fl. spring–summer
