Lastreopsis decomposita (R.Br.) Tindale

Upper pairs of primary pinnae with a basal secondary pinna arising from the main rhachis. Rhizome shortly creeping with closely spaced stipes. Sori almost marginal but never in a row around the margin. Indusium light brown, often with a dark centre; the margin glandular-fimbriate. Scales of the main rhachis dark brown, lanceolate to ovate, rarely absent. Plants 25–90 cm high. Widespread. RF or sometimes on hillsides in tall open forests
