Twining or prostrate perennials. Stems and branches with reflexed hairs. Leaves 3-foliolate. Flowers c. 8 mm long, in narrow axillary racemes. Corolla bluish, purple, mauve or pink. Stamens connate into a tube; upper stamen usually finally free. Legume linear, with a pithy substance between the seeds.
