Fruit 5 mm diam., 5–6 mm long; disc very small, enclosed in the floral tube. Inflorescence terminal, paniculate. Tree up to 30 m high. Bark smooth-scaly. Leaves glaucous, 7–12 x 2–3.5 cm.
