Disc narrow, enclosed in the floral tube. Tree up to 30 m high. Leaves 12–20 x 2.5–3 cm. Umbels terminal or almost so; peduncles terete, 10–15 mm long. Fruits pedicellate, hemispherical, thin; valves enclosed. Coast and adjacent plateaus in northern part of region. DSF. Fl. summer. Bastard Mahogany
