Operculum much narrower than and c. as long as the floral tube, acutely conical. Mallee. Bark smooth. Leaves 12–20 x 1–2.5 cm, paler underneath. Lateral veins fine, irregular, forming a fine reticulum with the smaller veins; angle c. 40°; intramarginal vein within 1 mm of the margin. Peduncles angular, up to 4 mm long. Fruit campanulate, smooth or with a single rib, sessile, 7–9 x 8–11 mm; disc conspicuous, flat; valves exserted. Wentworth Falls, on terraces of south-facing Ss cliffs. Fl. late summer
