Floral tube glabrous between the rounded longitudinal ridges. Bracteoles persistent after flowers open, 3.5–6 mm long, more than two-thirds as long as the floral tube. Floral tube 3–6 mm long. Flowers 2–4 per cluster. Leaves decussate, triangular in cross-section, 6–17 mm long, 0.5–1 mm wide. Erect or spreading shrub up to 30 cm high. Coast in south of area and Woronora Plateau. Heath. Ss. Fl. winter–spring.
