Canavalia rosea (Sw.) DC.

Trailing to prostrate herb, glabrous except the young shoots. Leaves 3-foliolate; leaflets obovate to orbicular, mostly 4–8 cm long. Flowers in axillary racemes; peduncles 15–30 cm long. Calyx 2-lipped; upper lip nearly as long as the tube, with 2 broad rounded lobes. Corolla pale pink; standard orbicular, 18 mm diam. Stamens connate, upper one free. Legume 18–24 mm wide, with a rib on either side parallel to the upper suture. Coast near the sea, Shellharbour northwards. Fl. summer
