Mid lobe of labellum toothed. Tail of perianth segments covered with long, dark hairs. Calli stout but not conspicuously overlapping. Perianth up to 8 cm long, creamy to yellowish. Plants up to 30 cm high. Blue Mts Endangered. Fl. Sept.–Oct
