Flowers 3–10 per head, pale yellow. Peduncles 1–5 mm long. 1 gland at base and 1 near apex of phyllode. Legume oblong, flat, glaucous, 2–4 cm long, 12–20 mm wide. Seeds placed transversely. Slender shrub 1–2 m high, with angular branches. Widespread. Heath and DSF. Sandy soils. Fl. autumn–winter. Sweet Wattle
