Sepals connate; the lobes much shorter than the tube. Phyllodes oblanceolate, 8–15 mm wide, with an obscure gland near the base. Flowers 15–30 per head, pale yellow to whitish. Legume straight or slightly curved, thick, 5–12 cm long, 7–13 mm wide. Shrub or small tree up to 10 m high. Hunter River Valley. Open forests. Fl. summer–winter. Coobah or Native Willow
