Flowers mostly 4–8 per head, yellow to dark yellow. Peduncle 2–4 mm long, minutely hairy. Phyllodes 0.5–1.5 mm wide, mostly 1–6 cm long. Legume straight or slightly curved, 2.5–8.5 cm long, 4–7 mm wide. Straggling to erect shrub up to 2.5 m high, with erect or spreading branches. Blue Mts, Clarence district. DSF. Fl. winter–spring
