Labellum narrow-oblong for half its length then becoming filiform and terminating in a gland at its apex. Plant 14–24 cm high. Leaves ovate. Perianth green with red-brown, up to 4 cm long. Petal margins widely flared, red-brown. Widespread. Fl. April–Aug. Pterostylis grandiflora
