Branches glabrous except for nodes. Leaves linear to oblong-linear, obtuse, mostly 12–25 mm long, recurved. Flowers either axillary or the upper ones forming leafy or leafless racemes. Calyx glabrous or slightly pubescent. Corolla white, sometimes pinkish in the throat, 10–12 mm long. Erect shrub up to 3 m high. Widespread. Sheltered places. Fl. spring–summer Prostanthera linearis
