Fruit fleshy, ovoid, 3–5-locular
Ovary and fruit deeply wrinkled. Leaves mostly 10 mm wide or wider, usually serrate. Flowers usually 6 or more in axillary clusters, pedicels 4–10 mm long. Corolla 6–10 mm diam., white, spotted with purple, pubescent on the inside of the lobes. Fruit, globular, purplish or bluish, 5–6 mm diam. Shrub up to 5 m high, with corky bark. Coast. Often near tidal waters; RF; WSF. Fl. spring Myoporum acuminatum
