Leaves 8–14 mm long, 3–4 mm wide, 1 main vein, lateral veins not conspicuous. Petiole with sparse hairs on adaxial side. Branchlets glabrous. Peduncles 1–1.5 mm long. Flowers axillary clustered at end of new branches. Sepals 5–6 mm long, Corolla tube 5–7 mm long. Semi erect to erect branching shrub, to 50 cm high, occasionally to 1m. Mid to high altitudes on eastern slopes of ranges, south from Grose River valley. Grows on creek banks or in sandstone fissures. DSF. Fl. summer Epacris pinoidea
