Bark smooth, white or pink.
Leaves strongly lemon scented. Bark white sometimes pink or blue-grey. Fruit 7–11 mm diam. ovoid or urceolate, often warty. Disc enclosed in floral tube. Tree up to 40 m high. Leaves 8–16 x 0.5–2 cm. lateral veins parallel with each other; angle 45–60° Petiole flattened, 13–20 mm long. Umbels 3-flowered. Operculum shorter than the floral tube. Umbels in lateral panicles, mostly 3-flowered; peduncles compressed or angular, up to 2 cm long Operculum conical-acute, shorter than the floral tube.
