Labellum lateral lobes deeply fringed, teeth c. 8 mm long; middle lobe denticulate or crenate, maroon in the front. Sepals up to 70 mm long, deflexed. Plants up to 30 cm high. Perianth yellow-green. Sepals up to 5 cm long. Widespread. Fl. July–Oct. Caladenia tentaculata
