Plants without stolons. Leaves entire or sometimes pinnatisect, cuneate, up to 50 mm long with 3 acute linear lobes at the top. Heads solitary, on long scapes. Involucre c. 10 mm diam. Rays up to 9 mm long, white to bluish. Cypselas with toothed wings. Pappus c. 0.7 mm long. Erect perennial up to 50 cm high. Blue Mts Usually in wet situations. Fl. spring–summer Brachyscome dentata
Plants stoloniferous. Leaves entire or sometimes pinnatifid, oblanceolate to elliptic, up to 50 mm long. Heads c. 5 mm diam. Rays blue to pink, 6–10 mm long. Cypselas with crenate wings. Pappus c. 0.5 mm long. Perennial up to 35 cm high. Widespread. DSF. Sandy soils. Fl. summer–autumn
