Tree or shrub more than 2 m high Acronychia
Leaves 1–3 cm wide, 5–10 cm long, oblong to lanceolate or sometimes obovate. Petals narrow, 4–5 mm long, glabrous. Filaments rather thick, dilated, ciliate or hirsute above the base. Ovary 4-locular, hirsute around the base of the style but otherwise glabrous. Fruit whitish, globular, 6–12 mm diam., with a 4-angled endocarp. Shrub or tree up to c. 25 m high. Widespread. Ovary 4–8-locular, sometimes hirsute at the base of the style. Fruit a greenish yellow, globular berry. Shrub or small tree up to c. 10 m high. Coast from Gosford northwards. RF. Fl. autumn.
